Hello Friends,
Dan and I will try to continuously update this blog during our trip to Italy. We are both really excited! Everything is booked and prepared, with only a few last minute things to do! We're a little worried about leaving Sammy in the apartment, especially since our air conditioner broke and its been ridiculously hot here (over 100 degrees in the last week!!). I have literally been to and called over 20 places since I got home yesterday and apparently everyone is completely sold out. However, we are hoping to get a new one soon...... wishful thinking! Either way, we have some really great people (Caleb, Chelsea, and Emily) checking on Sammy for us so we should be okay!! Tomorrow, we're planning on posting all the recommendations we've received (or at least all the ones we can remember) for things to do/places to see/eat, and if anyone has anymore suggestions, we would love for you to let us know in the comments' section below.
